But post-Reform and Integrity Act execution requires more than interest from investors. How Aimstone Helps Developers


EB-5 Readiness Assessment


We help developers evaluate whether EB-5 is a realistic fit for a project based on project type, location, capital stack, timing, job-creation potential, documentation readiness, and sponsor operating capacity.


Regional Center Sponsorship / Affiliation Coordination


Many smaller developers do not own a regional center and may need to evaluate whether an existing regional center sponsorship or affiliation path is appropriate. Aimstone helps the sponsor prepare for those discussions by organizing project information, capital strategy, documentation, and workstream requirements.


Aimstone does not act as a regional center. Our role is to help the developer become better prepared to work with the appropriate regional center, counsel, economist, fund administrator, broker-dealer, and other counterparties.


I-956F Coordination Support


Aimstone helps build the developer-side I-956F filing readiness package, including project inputs, document index, evidence checklist, capital stack materials, NCE / JCE coordination items, construction budget inputs, timeline materials, TEA / job-creation inputs for the economist, fund administration inputs, and counsel request tracking.


Aimstone does not sign or file Form I-956F and does not provide immigration legal advice. Final filing content, legal strategy, legal sufficiency, signature, and submission remain with the regional center and immigration counsel.


Investor Onboarding Readiness


EB-5 investors need clarity, documentation, process visibility, and confidence. Aimstone helps developers build the investor onboarding infrastructure needed to support diligence, communication, data room readiness, subscription handoff, and ongoing investor coordination.


This is especially important as more EB-5 prospects are sophisticated U.S.-resident professionals who expect clear documentation, faster communication, and disciplined project diligence.


Capital Stack & Strategic Advisory


Aimstone helps sponsors think through EB-5 as part of the broader capital stack alongside senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, sponsor equity, and other capital sources.

Ongoing fractional advisory for sponsors with active EB-5, capital strategy, I-956F, investor onboarding, or NOID / RFE-related workstreams.

This structure provides recurring senior support while keeping the sponsor’s overhead flexible.


EB-5 Program Buildout / Special Project


A focused project engagement to build the developer-side EB-5 operating layer, including workstream cadence, I-956F readiness infrastructure, investor onboarding process, data room structure, documentation flow, and counterparty coordination.


Compliance-Aware Operating Model

 

Aimstone is an advisory firm. We do not act as a broker-dealer, placement agent, immigration counsel, securities counsel, tax adviser, fund administrator, economist, or regional center.


Our role is to complement licensed professionals by helping the developer manage the operating layer: strategy, readiness, documentation flow, investor onboarding infrastructure, and workstream coordination.


Licensed counterparties should handle regulated functions, including securities placement, legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, fund administration, TEA / job-creation analysis, offering document review, and investor suitability or subscription supervision.
