He brings more than 25 years of experience across technology, business operations, real estate-related initiatives, hospitality, investor relationships, and capital strategy.
Before founding Aimstone, Junaid held senior leadership roles in global IT and telecom, including Director at Verizon India, and later founded and operated ventures across real estate design, construction, luxury interiors, hospitality, global sourcing, and trading.
At Aimstone, he advises U.S. real estate developers and operators on EB-5 capital strategy, investor onboarding readiness, I-956F coordination support, capital stack planning, and fractional executive advisory.
His work is grounded in a cross-functional operator’s perspective: capital, operations, investor communication, workflow design, and execution discipline as one integrated system.
